    The members of the WSIB Board of directors have a diverse range of skills and understanding, reflecting their experiences across many business and industry sectors.

    • Mr. Steven Mahoney, Chair, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board of Ontario
    • Ms. Jill Hutcheon, President & CEO, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board of Ontario
    • Mr. Patrick Dillon, Business Manager of the Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario
    • Ms. Loretta Henderson, former Vice-Chair, Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal
    • Ms. Marlene McGrath, HR Director, International Operations, 3M Canada Company
    • Mr. Larry Barnett, Office Manager/Business Representative, Teamsters Local Union 938
    • Mr. P. Morgan McCague, former Senior Vice-President, Asset Mix and Risk, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, current directorships with GCAN Insurance Company, First Coverage and Excel Funds
    • Ms. Sari Sairanen, National Health & Safety Director, CAW-Canada
    Board Committees
    There are five Board Committees that enable the Board of Directors to receive advice from the officers and employees of the WSIB. Representatives from the Board of Directors act in an advisory capacity on these committees:

    • Human Resources and Compensation Committee
    • Investment Committee
    • Governance and Policy Committee
