    • WorkCongress9
      WorkCongress is a unique international forum, gathering policy-makers, professionals, business leaders, labour leaders and scientific experts to discuss emerging challenges in the prevention of work-related injury and illness, the clinical management and rehabilitation of injured and disabled workers and the performance of compensation and work disability insurance systems. The 9th International WorkCongress is hosted by the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board in association with the Institute for Work and Health.

    • The Kidney Foundation of Canada/Greater Ontario Branch
      The Kidney Health Centre is launching a new disease prevention initiative travelling across Southern Ontario. The goal is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of kidney disease by heightening awareness of the two high risk chronic health conditions: diabetes and hypertension. The Centre provides education, risk assessment and testing, professional counselling and collaborates with personal health practitioners. Participants will be given a risk profile, passport to health and educational materials focusing on improved, healthy lifestyles.

    • Employers' Advocacy Council
      The Employers’ Advocacy Council (EAC) is a non-profit employer trade association with a presence and membership throughout the province of Ontario. EAC membership is comprised of small, medium and large employers from all sectors. EAC is funded by employers for employers. EAC offers seminars, workshops and conferences on current issues, as well as fundamental WSIB topics.
