eServices: eForm 7 To better meet your needs and provide you with more accessible service, the WSIB is expanding its eServices. Employers now have another choice on how to submit the Form 7 – online at our website. There are two simple steps to access eForm 7: First, you need to sign up. Once you have signed up, you will be eligible to log in to fill out and file the new eForm 7. The system will require you to agree to our terms and conditions before you begin any online transactions. Sign up now. I’m signed up. Log in now. Employers using the Business to Business Form 7 (link to B2B page) must also sign up to use eForm 7.
