WSIB Information Centre The WSIB has a walk-in customer service centre in the lobby of its head office at Simcoe Place, Toronto. The Centre is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Bilingual staff provide a wide range of services including: personalized customer service in several languages assistance with forms completion assistance/equipment for clients with special needs such as low vision or deaf and hard of hearing WSIB publications in alternate formats such as large font fact sheets, Braille, CD/MP3/Daisy WSIB publications in several languages access to WSIB and other workplace health and safety web sites and on-line services
