New WSIB call centre
Starting in October 2007, when you call the WSIB general enquiry lines, your call will be answered by a new recorded announcement. You will be able to find the staff member or service that you are looking for by using the automated prompts.
If you do not know the name of the staff member or service you are attempting to contact, telephone enquiry representatives will be available to assist you to access the services that you require.
We know that there are times that you may not be able to contact us during our regular hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The new system will allow you to access voice mail for staff after hours.You can leave a message for WSIB staff by calling their local office or 1-800 number and keying in the last four digits of the telephone number you are trying to reach.
