    Rob Ellis

ROB ELLIS: My name is Rob Ellis. Just an ordinary dad who lost his 18 year old son. Nobody could
have anticipated David losing his life at a bakery.

ANNCR: How safe is your job?

ROB ELLIS: It was on his second day of his job that he was killed. Things like this should never happen.

ANNCR: You have a legal right to ask how safe your job is. Call 1 triple-eight, 921-WSIB for the
    questions you should ask.

ROB ELLIS: The whole family desperately misses David.

    Marisa Ellis

MARISA: My name is Marisa Ellis and I’m 16 years old. My brother was recently killed in a work
accident at a local bakery. David and I were very close. We did everything together.

ANNCR: How safe is your job?

MARISA: Young people need to ask more questions. They need to not be afraid of what the employer
    will think if they ask.

ANNCR: You have a legal right to ask how safe your job is. Call 1 triple-eight, 921-WSIB for the
    questions you should ask.

MARISA: I miss my brother terribly.
