Ministry of Labour Resources
The Ontario Occupational Heatlh and Safety Act and Regulations prescribe health and safety rights and responsibilities for most Ontario workplaces.
Government of Canada
The Canada Labour Code, Part II and Regulations prescribe health and safety rights and responsibilities for federally-regulated industries such as inter-provisional transportation, Canada Post, federal governments, airlines, telephone and banks.
