Research Projects Since its inception in 1999, the program has funded 104 projects, currently in progress or completed, for a total of over $14 million. The projects were approved on the recommendation of the Research Advisory Council (RAC), a group made up of representatives from the worker, employer, and researcher communities, and representatives from the WSIB, the Ministry of Labour, and Ontario's Health and Safety Associations.
