Surveys and Studies Our own Research and Evaluation Branch conducts and commissions surveys and studies to help us find ways to improve services, evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, and contribute to knowledge about best practices in health and safety and return to work. In addition, other areas of the WSIB occasionally commission studies to gain better insight into their clients and customers.
