Who is covered by the WSIB premium? Anyone on your payroll, either working full or part time under a contract of service or as an apprentice is your worker. This includes family members.

The annual maximum earnings ceiling for 2005 is $67,700. Earnings over the annual maximum are not insured.

    2004 Premium Rates Table
    The 2004 rates are by rate group. Your rate group number appears on your WSIB Remittance Statement or Statement of Account.

    MAP Employer Premiums
    If you are in our Merit Adjusted Premium plan (MAP), you may have your rate group premium rate further adjusted up or down, based on your company’s accident record. You will receive your individual merit-adjusted rate by mail in December.
